Donna Syed is the lead writer, visionary and designer for the North Arrow, Truthfairy Experience™ and Be. Do. Live.® training experiences designed for women who are seeking more from their professional and personal journeys. Her interactive designs take journey-seekers on the “deep swim” of self-acceptance, enrichment and personal vision. Donna brings forth the experiences and knowledge to lead women on the path to wholeness and purpose, inspiring them to fold-in and experience the power of Choice, Truth and Trust that leads to the freedom and pathways of their ultimate purpose and vision.

Masood Syed is among the elite networking experts at Cisco Systems, Inc., ranking within the top 1% worldwide. As a partner in The North Arrow, Masood brings mighty resources together to support the technology and relationship networking of The North Arrow’s partnerships and foundations. Keynote presentations and expert subject matter presentations are among his specialties on the “outside.” Teaching is among his passionate pursuits, from college level to elementary school age children, his upcoming and highly anticipated North Arrow Press series will hit every needed mark in technology foundations education.

What began as an 18 year-old, single girl with a little bitty job, paddling upstream with a baby on board,  grew into a hard-knocks entrepreneurial and service-based life adventure.  Michelle is the queen of learning things the hard way and describes her round-a-bout route as “not a minute of it was wasted.”  If you’re determined to succeed, there is no failure, only learning.

We’re all in this together and to be of service is the highest calling any of us can answer.   Many of us have built things from scratch, by trial and error and—you bet, failure.  Don’t be afraid to fail any longer–redefine what “failure” and “success” truly are and get busy creating a life you love.
